9th Street Closure on July 22, 2023
Starting 7:00 AM Saturday morning, July 22nd, there will be closures on 9th Street between N and O Streets. Streets will remain closed until 8:00 PM. Steets are being closed to coordinate with the City of Sacramento for a City re-paving project. 9th & N Streets Lane Closure on January 10-18, 2023
Starting 7:00 AM Tuesday morning, January 10th, there will be closures on 9th Street (between Capitol Mall and O Street) and N Street (between 8th and 10th Streets). 9th & N Streets Lane Closure on December 10-14, 2022
Starting 2:00 AM Saturday, December 10th, there will be closures on 9th Street (between Capitol Mall and O Street) and N Street (between 8th and 10th Streets). 8th Street Lane Closure on October 1-14, 2022
As part of the Resources Building Renovation project, a hydraulic crane will be staged in 8th Street, between N and O Streets, to remove exterior panels on the West side of the building. Currently, one lane of traffic is closed for construction. Starting Saturday morning, October 1st, a second lane will be closed along 8th street and will remain closed until end of day Friday, October 14th. One lane of traffic will remain open continuously on 8th Street throughout the duration of this work. Updated project site logistics plan with related lane closures can be seen here
EARLY WORK NOTICE: SEPTEMBER 30, 2022
On Friday, 9/30/2022, there will be a concrete placement for the tower crane pad in Neighbors Alley as well as man hoist pads on 8th and 9th Streets.
